R.O.C.K.E.T Retreat

R.O.C.K.E.T is Raw Organic COFA Kids Eat Together. We meet collectively each week to prepare and share delicious food and discuss all things RAWsome. Through sharing meals and discussing approaches to wholesome, active and environmentally responsible living we hope to form a vibrant community healthy in mind and body.

The inaugural R.O.C.K.E.T Retreat is launching at the Firstdraft Depot, Woolloomooloo on March 10th and 11th. Over the weekend, The R.O.C.K.E.T team will occupy the Depot interior and car park, investigating modern methods of body and mind worship through a 48-hour program of unique dietary, fitness and cleansing rituals.

The R.O.C.K.E.T team would like to invite the young, the old and the in-between to join us in our exploration and celebration of all that is RAWsome. Learn how to prepare delicious raw food dishes at our costumed banquets, or experiment with smoothie making and maverick juicing methods in one of our Blend to Mend workshops. Feeling tense? Allow esteemed R.O.C.K.E.T guest and colleague, Dr. Fanny Foetal, to introduce you to the new you in one of her personal self-regeneration sessions. Rid the body and mind of toxic demons in our revolutionary Exorciser machine. Or, loosen stiff joints and aching bones in a Raw Chi stretching class. All activities and workshops are free of charge and open to everyone.

Program Details

R.O.C.K.E.T Retreat will include:

Raw Chi Stretching Class
10am-11am, 5pm-6pm Daily
Stretching and meditation class specially formulated to prepare the body for feasting and aid in post-feast digestion. Free and open to everyone!

Costumed Banquet
12pm-3pm Daily
The R.O.C.K.E.T team will be preparing and sharing delicious raw food dishes with all attendees. Learn how to prepare raw food cuisine in the comfort of your own home. Food and materials provided. Bring your appetite!

You and the New You: Workshops in Personal Energy Management and Dynamic Self-Regeneration
10 minute private sessions will be running between 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm on both days.
