In 2011 Firstdraft partnered with the National Association for the Visual Arts (NAVA) to present the ‘We Are Here’ symposium – an imagining of the future of Australian Artist Run Initiatives (ARIs).
WAH was the first national ARI networking event, providing an opportunity for critical discussion, workshops and keynote presentations with a full exhibition and event program that explores the role of ARIs in contemporary art practice.

WAH is a NAVA initiative in collaboration with Firstdraft and is funded by CAL, the City of Sydney, Arts NSW and Australia Council for the Arts.
